In the Recruitment and Onboarding Course We will analyse the need to link recruitment targets to the overall strategy of the company. We will learn about the importance of employer branding in attracting and retaining talent, and the importance of effectively managing the onboarding process for new employees. And finally, we will look at the most effective techniques for motivating employees, thereby fostering their commitment, productivity and involvement within the company.
