Psychosocial risks at work are caused by poor organisation and a negative social environment. They can affect a worker’s physical, mental or social health. Preventing psychosocial risks within a company contributes to workplace safety and the well-being of workers, thereby ensuring their satisfaction and productivity The overall aim of this course in psychosocial risks at work is to identify the working conditions and environment that give rise to psychosocial risk factors in organisations. In this regard, the focus of this course is on those psychosocial risk factors that may promote or hinder employees’ job satisfaction and productivity.
