Last weekend, the HR department at EDUCA EDTECH Group organised the corporate padel tournament EDUCAPadeLXP: THE ROCK & RACKET CUP at the Granada Padel Club Campus. Under the slogan “Because looking after ourselves is also part of the EDUCA EDTECH Group”, we invite everyone to take a break from the daily routine at the EDUCA EDTECH building, whether playing padel (even if they’d never held a racket before) or cheering from the stands. It was an event where we were able to enjoy a relaxed and wholesome atmosphere.
Atmosphere and activities
The day centred on friendly matches aimed at to get active, have a laugh and breathe in the fresh air. Those who preferred not to take to the track enjoyed a communal paella and opportunities for informal conversation, strengthening relationships beyond the usual office environment. This focus on inner wellbeing reflects our commitment to the edtech culture: prioritising the wellbeing of our team to foster creativity and collaboration on projects such as the Avanza Scholarships or initiatives to EDUCA EDTECH Foundation.
Alignment with the organisation’s culture and next steps
Events such as EDUCAPadeLXP strengthen the corporate culture: It’s not about competing at all costs, but about spending quality time together and recharging our batteries so we can continue to innovate in edtech. We’d like to thank HR and all the volunteers for organising the event, as well as everyone who took part and cheered us on.
