Our Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with the legal provisions according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

This section establishes the purposes and legitimate bases for the processing of personal data carried out by FUNDACIÓN EDUCA EDTECH:

• Communicate information to public authorities, regulators or governmental bodies when required to do so by law, local regulations or in compliance with regulatory obligations.

4. To which recipients will we communicate your data?

8. What are the rights you can exercise?

The User has the following rights regarding the processing of his/her personal data:

9. How can you exercise your rights?

10. What is the time established to provide a solution to the exercise of rights?

We will inform you about the actions derived from your request within ONE (1) MONTH , which may be extended to TWO (2) MONTHS in the case of particularly complex requests, and we will notify you within the first month.

In those cases where we do not comply with your request, we will inform you of this, giving reasons for the refusal within one month of its submission.

11. How did we obtain your personal data?

12. What happens if I do not provide them?

Mandatory data will be distinguished in the information collection forms. If you decide not to provide us with any of these data considered mandatory, we will not be able to fulfill the intended purpose and the data processing and the provision of the corresponding service will not be carried out. In the case of “profiling” on the basis of the information provided, no automated decisions with legal effects for the User will be made.

You guarantee that the Personal Data you provide us are true and correct, and you will be responsible for communicating any changes in them. In the event that the data provided belong to a third party, the User guarantees that he/she has informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained his/her authorization to provide his/her data.

13. Social Networking

The profiles in social networks with which the EDUCA EDTECH FOUNDATION has will not involve data processing beyond that permitted by the social network itself for corporate profiles. The FOUNDATION may use these profiles to inform the users of each social network subscribed to its profile about its activities, events, seminars, offers, promotions or news on its products or services, as well as to share information of interest on the usual topics of the company.
