This visibility and talent are serving as a source of motivation for girls and boys, women and men. And it is already paying off: between 2016 and 2021 there was an <strong>an increase of up to 51 % in<\/strong> Federated Women\u2019s <strong>licences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At <strong>EDUCA EDTECH Foundation<\/strong> We celebrate the talent and determination of women in sport and in all areas of life.
