The EDUCA EDTECH Foundation has published a groundbreaking study analysing the role of digital training in employment opportunities in Spain and Latin America<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Education is once again at the heart of change. As we find ourselves in the midst of an unprecedented transformation in education and the world of work, the EDUCA EDTECH Foundation<\/strong>, an organisation committed to social equality through education, which is part of EDUCA EDTECH Group<\/strong>, presents its first international white paper<\/strong>, \u201cThe role of online education in employment opportunities in Spain and Latin America\u201d<\/em>. The study is a pioneering effort in shedding light on how digital training is transforming prospects for employability and career development on both sides of the Atlantic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A snapshot of the future of work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

According to the World Economic Forum\u2019s January 2025 report, between 2025 and 2030, 170 million new jobs will be created and 92 million will be lost, leaving a net gain of 78 million new opportunities. However, the pace of this transformation raises a crucial question: Are professionals prepared to adapt to this change?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study by the EDUCA EDTECH Foundation addresses this question through a international survey<\/strong> carried out in Spain, Mexico, Colombia and Peru<\/strong>, involving people from a range of backgrounds, focusing on: students, human resources professionals and academic leaders<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results show a growing consensus on the strategic role of online education. 71.69% of respondents worldwide stated that online training was a key factor in their promotion<\/strong>, demonstrating its direct influence on professional development.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, 58,12% of companies worldwide have already adopted a hybrid training model (online and face-to-face)<\/strong>, confirming it as the predominant format for corporate and academic learning <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data that inspires action<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The white paper not only analyses trends, but also proposes an active interpretation of change. Through its interactive visualisations and comparative analyses<\/strong>, the report shows how digital education is helping to bridge regional divides<\/strong>, to open up new opportunities for professional retraining and to promote the integration into the labour market of groups that have traditionally been excluded<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
