With the support of <strong>Red Educa<\/strong> y <strong>Teaching Recruitment Exams<\/strong>, platforms belonging to the EDUCA EDTECH group, the conference focused on the major challenges facing education today: <strong>the integration of artificial intelligence into the classroom, the need for more creative teaching methods, and the move towards truly personalised learning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"3rd Educational Innovation Conference\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0aEQEA0GQvw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nazaret Barrio\u2019s testimony sets out the roadmap for the future of education<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most notable contributions was that of <strong>Nazaret Neighbourhood<\/strong>, spokesperson for <strong>EDUCA EDTECH Group<\/strong>, a leading group in online training and educational transformation. Barrio spoke in favour of the transformative potential of AI:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cArtificial intelligence is not just another tool. It is set to radically change the way we learn and teach.\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From <a href=\"https:\/\/educaedtech.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EDUCA EDTECH Group<\/a> are committed to a <strong>AI-based adaptive methodology<\/strong>, implemented on its platform <strong>MyLXP<\/strong>, which enables the educational experience to be personalised, identifies gaps in knowledge and provides individualised support for pupils throughout their entire learning journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This initiative reinforces the group\u2019s commitment to a <strong>a more humane, more connected and more effective education<\/strong>, in line with the demands of the labour market and new learning models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ra\u00fal Bermejo: \u201cCreativity is about solving problems from a different angle\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The teacher and communicator <strong>Ra\u00fal Bermejo<\/strong>, known for his work at RTVE, was clear in his defence of creativity as the cornerstone of learning:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCreativity is the ability to find different solutions to a problem. Just imagine if we applied that to every area.\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her speech highlighted the importance of fostering creative processes from the earliest stages, linking reading, phonological awareness and play with meaningful experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miguel de Lucas and the power of magic as a teaching tool<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The presenter and lecturer <strong>Miguel de Lucas<\/strong> He set out to bring excitement into the classroom through magic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI believe in the power of enthusiasm to motivate. That magic is what I want to pass on to teachers.\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Patri Trazos: \u201cClosed models are the biggest obstacle to creativity\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The artist and teacher <strong>Patri Trazos<\/strong> He defended the value of play as a driver of critical thinking, and criticised rigid teaching models:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCreativity must be part of every day. Fixed timetables, rigidity and rigid structures are obstacles that must be overcome.\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rosa Liarte: \u201cTechnology is not an end in itself; it is a tool that comes with responsibility\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The teacher <strong>Rosa Liarte<\/strong>, a leading figure in digital innovation, pointed out that <strong>Technology must be integrated into the classroom in a considered manner<\/strong>, to facilitate both learning and teaching. In his speech, he encouraged teachers to develop their skills in using technological tools, whilst keeping their educational objectives in mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An inspiring closing session with C\u00e9sar Bona: changing the system from within<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most eagerly awaited moments was the speech by <strong>C\u00e9sar Bona<\/strong>, recipient of the Magister Award of Honour and one of the country\u2019s most influential teachers. Bona called for a fundamental rethink of education:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPerhaps we are still educating others in the same way we were educated. That perpetuates a system that needs to change. We must dare to transform it.\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion: the future of learning is already underway<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>3rd Conference on Educational Innovation<\/strong> made it clear that <strong>Innovation in education is no longer an option, but an urgent necessity<\/strong>. The combination of <strong>technology, creativity and human commitment<\/strong> is the key to educating the next generations.
